✨ Photo library cleaning

Clean your photo library.
Keep your memories.

Gigabytes of duplicates, screenshots and forgotten videos are sleeping in your photo library. Giga finds them, you decide with a swipe — and nothing is deleted without your confirmation.

30 dto change your mind in “Recently Deleted”

Three steps, zero bad surprises

1

Giga scans

Your photo library is analyzed right on your iPhone: exact duplicates, similar bursts, screenshots, large videos, old photos. Within moments you know how many gigabytes are recoverable.

2

You swipe

Set a goal — 1, 5, 10 GB or everything recoverable — then sort with one gesture: left to remove, right to keep. Every swipe feeds the same goal, whatever the sorting mode.

3

You confirm

Nothing leaves during sorting. You review your selection, iOS asks for a final confirmation, and photos stay 30 days in “Recently Deleted”. Two locks between a swipe and a deletion.

Seven sorting modes, one single goal

Each category tackles a different kind of clutter — and everything you sort feeds the same global goal.

Smart Swipe

The clever mode: Giga picks the card order to make the most of every minute of sorting.

🗂

Exact duplicates

Verified byte for byte — a mere resemblance is never presented as a copy.

🖼

Similar photos

Bursts and near-duplicates, grouped and comparable side by side before you choose.

📱

Screenshots

The receipts, notes and conversations that were never meant to stay for years.

🎬

Large videos

That's where the gigabytes sleep: duration, size and a preview before you decide.

🕰

Old photos

A trip back in time, month by month, to rediscover — and lighten — your archives.

Your memories stay private. Period.

Giga was built so your photos never leave your iPhone. That's not a marketing promise, it's the app's architecture.

On-device analysis

Scanning, sorting and duplicate detection run on your iPhone — never on a server.

No photo uploads

No photo, video or filename — nor anything derived from them — is ever transmitted online.

Nothing without your consent

Swiping prepares a selection. Deletion requires your confirmation, then iOS's.

You stay in control

Giga only sees what you allow in iOS Settings, changeable at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Can Giga delete photos without me knowing?

No — it's impossible by design. During sorting, a swipe only prepares a selection. For a photo to actually be removed, you have to review that selection, validate it, then confirm a second time in the official iOS dialog. Even after that, photos stay about 30 days in the Photos app's “Recently Deleted” album.

Exactly what space do I get back?

Giga cleans your photo library: the figures shown are the bytes deletion removes from your photo library and from your iCloud quota. If you use “Optimize iPhone Storage”, the space used on the device itself can be much smaller than your library's true weight — that true weight is what Giga helps you reduce.

Are my photos sent to a server?

Never. Analysis, duplicate detection and similar-photo comparison run entirely on your iPhone. No photo, video, thumbnail or filename ever leaves your device.

What does the free plan include?

The free plan includes the full library scan and the Smart Swipe mode, with up to 3 GB cleaned per week — enough to experience the whole loop, deletion included. Premium unlocks all seven sorting modes and removes every limit.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the “Manage subscription” row in Giga's settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the free trial can be canceled at any time at no charge.
